I liked at check in I was asked which floor I wanted and they also made sure I was satisfied with my stay and every time I went I wasn’t disappointed

The property is close to everything shopping centers etc. Bourbon St only 9 mins away. It was clean and had a microwave and fridge in the room. No complaints here.

This is a good in the cut spot no drama safe and in good distance of prime location good bang for your buck nothing extraordinary just a spot to lay your head and stay cool!

The Staff is always awesome! The rooms need more attention from housekeeping. Good location for eating, shopping and attractions.

My trip was due to my water pipe bursting in my new apartment. Yet, The head supervisor over housekeeping Ms. Daniella and I believe the front desk manager Ms. Iiomie always made me feel like everything was going to be okay and they always acknowledged my presence when walking into the lobby area. This hotel is very homelike, has a feel of home away from home. That's the obvious reason customers book a hotel room when they leave for vacation.
